adsl-setup not found

The easy way is to buy a $50 router like a Linksys 4-port router that
handles all the PPPoe stuff. Then just DHCP yourself a connection from any
computer you like, linux or otherwise.

Apparently I'm supposed to used adsl-setup to configure pppoe, however it
doesn't appear to be on the install disk. What am I missing?
