yellowdog update / autopoint

Hi, 

I'm running Yellowdog 2.2 (What is the name again ???) and I'd like to
update it to the latest version - is that 2.3 / called ROME ?

Is there an easy way to do or do I have to do a completely new installation
? I  thought about using apt-get or rpms ...


One other question : Does anyone know anything about a tool called AUTOPOINT
? I need it to compile an application but I can't find it anywhere.
