Problem With 3.0 NEW_MD5SUMS?

What's going on?

It looks like the disk 1 download is changing, but the MD5 checksum for it
is not.

I downloaded the 3 new install disks yesterday, and the MD5 for the 1st disk
didn't match, but the ISO file made an install disk that worked. Just to
check things, I downloaded the 1st disk again today, and it produces yet
another checksum that doesn't match the published one. All the other
checksums match.

I'm using the Jaguar MD5 command to calculate; I've never had a problem like
this before; I hope nobody's screwing with the ISO files...

(Is terrasoftsolutions changing the disk 1 ISO file, but not updating the
checksum file?)
