I run a 4 way boot, OS X, OS 9, Darwin, Linux, on my 40Gig iBook. I suggest=20
that you put OS 9.2.2 on its own partition. It can be less than 2Gig with a=20
separate OS 9 Apps partition of 6Gig. This allows me to boot into OS 9 for=20
emergency work. 45Gig will do fine for OS X. All of these partitions should=20=
be HFS+.=20
Also make sure you include the OS 9 drivers when you format. As time goes on=
,=20
I stay in OS X more and more.
