superuser{su} newbie quastion

It should look like this:

$ su
Password:
# /sbin/service cups restart
Stopping cups:			[  OK  ]
Starting cups:			[  OK  ]
#


There are only two commands you need to type (on the keyboard). You need to
be at a shell prompt. You need to know the superuser password.
