Not quite sure which way round this is going, but if the file is called 
'prota.sit' then shouldn't you be asking for 'prota.sit' and not just 
'prota'?  Maybe try a / at the end of /home/raiyza (giving '/home/raiyza/') 
just in case it's thinking that you're asking it to overwrite the directory 
called 'raiyza' the file you're downloading?  Does that make any 
sense....I'm a pint of cider down! :)
