YDL 2.3 and Ext FW Drive

Unfortunately, Yellow Dog Linux 2.3 does not support firewire hard 
drives. I've been waiting for over a year for YellowDogLinux to issue 
a distribution to support an external firewire drive that I bought to 
install Yellow Dog Linux 2.1. I'm still waiting....
