I had the same problem. I never did find out how to "sync" them, but I 
did figure out how to set the "Network Time Protocol" on both OSes and 
settled on that. It's in the time settings utilty on both OSX and YDL. 
This way, when I boot to either one it automatically updates the time  
from an NTP server as long as I'm online; and I'm always online. Good
