Can't install?

When I insert the Cd it appears on the desktop as a regular CD icon. When I
double click it it opens and I can see all the files.
I used the drag & drop function and the iso opened in Toast. Right now I'm
reinstalling Toast to see if there is a "Make Bootable" option somwhere...
