I downloaded the iso (and checked the md5 checksum) and am attempting to
install ydl 2.3 on a wallstreet w/ 198MB and the problem I keep having is
kernel panics during the install. I loaded the boot loader and passed the
video argument as suggested, but when it gets to the part where it tries to
mount the root partition, I get the kernel panic.

I partitioned a 20 GB HD into a 4GB HFS+ partition for the Mac and left the
rest free, planning to partition the rest during the install. I=B9m not a
complete linux neophyte, I use slackware on the x86 architecture and came
across this old powerbook and thought I=B9d give ydl a try, but this has me
perplexed.

Does anyone have any ideas?
