Kickstart?

There is experimental support for this in recent versions of YUM, which
has been shipping with YDL-3.0, but the shhipped version does not have
this support and I don't think the YDL yum archives have grouplists in
them.  

As a quickie solution you can use "yum install package1 package2" and yum
will handle all the dependacies for you, which should make your life a bit
eaasier.  For instance "yum install evolution" should make sure you have
all the needed X, gnome, etc.. packages.  This may get you where you need 
to be.
