MIME Type Problem?

Opera, Explorer and Netscape all behave the same way (on both Mac and 
Windows). The browser shouldn't be the problem, though, as these 
exact files were located on a different server for a period of time, 
and didn't behave this way.

It appears that the browser doesn't know what to do with .m3u files
and does the default action, which is to display the file as text.

What browser is this?
