Windows emulation under YDL

Have you looked at VMWare? http://www.vmware.com/

I don't know if this product comes as a binary or if you can get the 
source and compile it yourself. If it comes with source, RedHat 9 is 
supported ( http://www.vmware.com/products/desktop/ws_specs.html ) so 
you might be able to compile it with YDL.
