By the way, I don't remember who mentioned "alt-F2" to bring up the 
"Run" dialog box (possibly it was Bill Longman), but I want to say, 
"Thank you"! That command is the cat's ass, the bee's knees, and the 
lion's pajamas all rolled into one.

Now, why aren't these essential types of tricks mentioned in any of the 
Linux books? ;-)
