mol kernel problems

I just installed ydl 3.0 and everything works great,
except for mol. I tried recompiling the kernel, as per
the instructions on maconlinux.org, but I get this
every time: 

-- Error: Unconfigured kernel source!
 --- (missing
file:/usr/src/linux/include/linux/config.h)

I'm running an iMac 350Mhz, with a 20GB hard drive and
192MB RAM.
