Problem connecting to vnc server

I am trying connecting to a vnc server running on YDL 4.0 rc3 on a dual 
G5 Powermac from a Windows
XP client, and I'm getting this error:

error opening security policy file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xserver/SecurityPolicy
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/CID/, removing 
from list!

I did not have any problems connecting to a server running under a Linux 
x86 box.
Has anyone seen this before?
