17" titanium trackpad problem

Hi Dan:

Did you try selecting the Mouse which is accessed from the System
Settings menu after clicking upon the YDL emblem?

Once open, after you enter your password, you'll see a list of choices
which include...The Apple Trackpad...select it and see what happens...
