PPCNerds.org has an interesting article discussing work moving forward 
-- and work stalling -- on porting Linux to the Power PC G5 chip 
architecture:

The PPCNerds.org folks do not seem to be affiliated with Terra 
Soft/Yellow Dog, but the article might give us insight into why we have 
not seen YDL 4 supporting the new Power Mac G5s and iMac G5s just yet.
