Run KDE in Panther's X11

Hi. The August issue of MacWorld magazine had an
article about running KDE in Mac OS X Panther. Some of
you may prefer "playing" around with the KDE
environment in Panther rather than going through the
hassle of installing a Linux OS. Anyway, here are the
instructions. They worked for me. Have fun.
