Can't mount the cdrom

Aha! Music CDs are not the same as data CD-ROMs. Music CDs do not have a 
filesystem in the same sense as your hard drive or a data CD-ROM has 
files and folders. Therefore, you cannot "mount" a music CD, although 
there are several programs that can access the data. You should be able 
to access music from your music CD using a program such as "grip" or 
"lame" (I don't make up the names, I just report them).
