running OS X applications with YDL on G3 or G4 WITHOUT installation of OS X

Hi!

I plan to install the YDL onto the old iMac (G3) computers in my department, 
I just wonder that if these computer ONLY has YDL but WITHOUT OS X 
installations, then can I run OS X native applications with YDL on G3 
directly?
