PPC mp3 plugin

The plug-in you want is 'libmpg123' and is provided with
'xmms-1.2.7-13c.ppc.rpm. It should already be present in
/usr/lib/xmms/Input as 'libmpg123.so' and 'libmpg123.la'. 

Make sure to enable 'MPEG Layer 1/2/3 Player 1.2.7 [libmpg123.so]' in
xmms's Preferences dialog (Ctl+p when xmms is the frontmost window).
