Where is Mac On Linux?

You'll need to run molvconfig as root.
"molvconfig" is located here: "usr/bin/molvconfig"
Once you've done that you may start OSX as either:
startmol --osx      as Jeff suggested, or as
startmol -X

The MOL website warns that some of their web info is out of date.
