In a GUI terminal start with

du --max-depth=2 -h /

and wait (depending on how fast your computer is). You could also do
--max-depth=1 to limit output or =3, =4 or =10 to get more. Scroll
down the list and see where the offender(s) is/are (I predict
/etc/yum/ but it could be anywhere).

df -h

may also give you some output that's informative.
