Driver Issue or Hardware Failing....

Thanks- I have been able to boot and have the OS recognize that a fsck
is needed. The fsck is taking a very long time (2+ hours) so far.

If you have the boot disk boot into rescue mode make sure your
powerbooks hard drive is unmounted, thet run fsck.
