torrents: any peers?

Hi,

I'm completely new to linux, and want to install it on my PowerBook.  
I'm also kind of new to the BitTorrent protocol.  I'm trying to 
download the YDL ISO's via .torrents , and the downloads are more than 
half complete, however, they are now stalled and it tells me that there 
are 0 peers.  When I look in the BitTorrent log, it says "Problem 
connecting to tracker - timeout exceeded"

Are there no peers sharing the torrent, or is there something wrong 
with the tracker, or is it my connection or something?  Thanks for any 
help anyone can offer.
