YDL 5 - Configuring Airport Extreme

Hi Klaas:

The instructions differ a bit for YDL 5 for the Macs which have Airport 
Extreme.  The kernel is newer however the drivers need to be extracted 
from OS X. There had been a website which had drivers available on the 
net but when I looked for them they appear to have died or been removed.

I had been in contact with Christopher Murtagh who wrote those 
instructions originally and we were going through the particulars of an 
updated version of those instructions when a problem came up.  I'm not 
sure whether the snag was resolved; perhaps it has.
