Flash Support

OK - I did as directed by inserting the command #yum install "*gnash*" while logged in as root since it would not let me run the command when logged in as a normal user. Everything seemed to download and install with no errors. The problem - still no videos. Tried ESPN, IMDB.com, news stories with videos attached and Youtube. Am I still doing something wrong? BTW - I tried going through the browser on both root and my user set up.
Also - screen resolution - what is the deal here? I keep getting web pages popping up and telling me that my screen resolution is not optimized to run their web sites but I can't seem to change the screen resolution anywhere?????

Hi Chris:
Gnash for YDL is available via the public mirrors. Merely use yum and it'll pull in all the necessary dependencies for you. I'd recommend doing:
#yum install "*gnash*"
just to insure you pick up everything you may need.
Good Luck.

>So - what is the deal with Flash support for Linux on the PS3?? Is this something that is being worked on? That was the first thing I tried to add as I need this to get live Fantasy Football updates and a couple of other things. I thought I was going crazy that I could not get it to work. After some research - it seems that it is upsupported. Anyone have any suggestions (with links) for alternatives? Chris
