YDL 6 on ps3 help

I couldn't get the player that came with version 5 to play anything, it was useless to me, hopefully the player with 6 is better.
 
I will have to wait a couple of days though before they let me download 6.

I believe there is an open source flash alternative, however I have never tested it.  Other than that. VLC and Mplayer are great for almost everything.
