e17 Dockbar Configuration & Bling Module

Hello all!  I have a question concerning the e17 dockbar configuration.
Is there a way to configure the dockbar to use engage instead of ibar?
Does e17 on YDL v6 come pre installed with engage and/or the bling
module composite manager?  If not how do we get these modules on e17 on
