TERRA SOFT COMPLETES FIRST FOUR WEEKS OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY ROAD SHOW

Cupertino, California -- 19 May 2000 -- Terra Soft Solutions, Inc., the
leading developer of Linux solutions for PowerPC(TM) microprocessors, has
completed the first four weeks of the six-week, six-city Science &
Technology Road Show 2000 with Apple Computer.

Kai Staats, founder and CEO of Terra Soft Solutions states, "A fantastic
experience for us. We have presented our parallel, high-performance
computing solution to a variety of enthusiastic audiences--well received
all around. This past month has been educational for both our audience and
our own development team as we have met some of the brightest minds, the

Terra Soft Solutions has demonstrated a 4 node, 500 MHz, G4 cluster running
Black Lab Linux at MIT, Harvard, Argonne and Fermi National Labs outside of
Chicago, the National Institute of Health and NASA Langley, D.C. area, and
NASA Ames Research Center and Lawrence Livermore National Lab in the bay
area of California.

Next week Terra Soft will present at the University of Washington (23 May)
and the DOE Richland Operations (24 May) in Seattle followed by visits to
Aerospace Corp, El Segundo (6 June), the Apple Marketing Center, Santa
Monica (7 June), and Hughes Research Labs, Malibu (8 June).
