OPENDOCS TO PRODUCE YELLOW DOG LINUX BOOK

Loveland, CO -- 7 November 2000 -- Terra Soft Solutions, Inc., the leading
developer of Linux solutions for PowerPC(TM) microprocessors, has announced
a collaborate effort with OpenDocs Publishing to produce a 300+ page book
for Terra Soft's next release, Yellow Dog Linux 2.0.

The book will include the much anticipated (and long awaited) PowerPC Linux
distribution Yellow Dog Linux 2.0 (slated to ship mid-December) which
introduces a consistent graphical installer and maintenance environment.
"We have been wanting to write something of this caliber to compliment our
Linux distribution. OpenDocs' professional work with us is perfectly timed
... an excellent launch for Yellow Dog Linux 2.0," stated Kai Staats, CEO
of Terra Soft Solutions, Inc.

OpenDocs initiated work on the book last week and expects to have a
shipping product by the beginning of February 2001. Similar in content to
an introductory-level book about Red Hat Linux, the YDL 2.0 book will cover
all of the bases with a focus on the PowerPC advantages and features.

"This is going to be fun. The Terra Soft staff are enthusiastic and very
supportive. We expect this book to offer a unique flavor and maintain a
Terra Soft look-n-feel. Yes, you can expect a dog theme in addition to
screen shots and well written text," states Josh Drake, co-founder of
OpenDocs.

Terra Soft will be replacing their shrink-wrapped CDs, Book, and Binder
products (CS0902/12) that have been available through resellers with the
YDL 2.0 book which will include both the Install and Tasty Morsels CDs. The
book will be available direct from Terra Soft's website, through resellers,
and through local and national book sellers.
