Dear Associates of Yellow Dog Linux,

Due to the overwhelming response we have had from you, our potential and current customers, we have decided to provide official Installation Support for pre-G3 PCI Apple Macintosh computers. This includes the following: 6360, 6400, 6500, 7200, 7300, 7500, 7600, 8500, 8600, 9500, 9600 and Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh.

Please note that you must be running Mac OS 8.x on an Apple Macintosh PCI-based computer from the list above in order to receive official Installation Support.

A notice concerning Official Support for the iMac will arrive in just a few days ...
