Linux for PowerPCs, is proud to announce their year 2000 Board of
Directors: Chris Gulker, VP Marketing Montclare Technologies and a former
Director for Apple Computer, Janet Logothetti, former market analyst for US
West International, and Joel E. Allen, President Site-View.com.

In 1999 Terra Soft built relationships with commercial software vendors

through resellers such as Connecting Point, MacMall, and Fry's Electronics
throughout the United States and with resellers in twelve countries
world-wide.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chris Gulker
Chris Gulker is the VP of Marketing at Montclare Technologies, Inc., a
pre-IPO Web software and services firm. Montclare is the developer of
iUpdate, an innovative platform for Web sites, used by clients like
SOFTBANK Venture Capital and Charles Schwab and Co.
Gulker was formerly Director of Strategic and Industry Relations for Apple
Computer's Design & Publishing Markets group. As publishing business
development manager, Gulker launched Apple's Design & Publishing Web site
in 1995 and later worked on the now-famous turnaround under Steve Jobs,
being promoted to Director late in 1998.
Formerly Director of Development at the San Francisco Examiner, he launched
www.examiner.com and helped launch The Gate, the Examiner/Chronicle/KRON
joint venture in 1994, under publisher Will Hearst. Previously, he had led
The Examiner's pioneering desktop publishing and digital imaging projects,
which resulted in the first large, color metro daily produced on the Mac
desktop.
Gulker offers a strong foundation in marketing and presentation, providing
Terra Soft additional tools necessary to carry Yellow Dog Linux to a higher
level of market awareness.
Janet Logothetti
Janet Logothetti has for nearly a decade worked with corporations in
business development, international market analysis, organizational
development, and knowledge sharing. Her industry experience ranges from
telecommunications to banking, from pharmaceuticals to web technologies.
She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in psychology in an on-going
effort to understand people and their dreams.
Formerly, Logothetti was the Manager of International Market Analysis at US
West. She conducted geodemographic market research, analysis and strategy
development for telecommunications services as a member of cross-functional
and cross-cultural teams around the world. Logothetti left US West to join
International Learning Systems as the Product Manager of WisdomLink, a
web-based knowledge sharing system designed to leverage organizational
intelligence. While at ILS, she participated in the research and design of
a unique training program for the European divisions of one of the world's
largest electronics distributors.
Logothetti offers an intuitive sense of customer needs and market focus,
helping Terra Soft stay true to its goals and mission.
Joel E. Allen
Joel E. Allen is the founder and President of Site-View.com, developer of a
nationwide network of vehicles that use unique photographic equipment to
monitor & verify any object or location. In addition, Site-View.com has a
developed a secure database (website) enhancement for customers to view
these images. Markets include Outdoor Advertising, Property Management,
Utilities & Security & Surveillance.
Prior to Site-View, Allen founded Allen Apartments, Inc., a development
company that is designing and developing a moderately-priced multi-family
apartment product that will copy many of the amenities and designs of urban
apartment buildings of the past (security, amenities, common areas,
underground parking, retail shops, etc.) but modified to conform with
requirements and demands of a more suburban market.
Allen offers his experience in building companies, launching product, and
formulating strategic business decisions.
In addition to Gulker, Logothetti, and Allen, Kai Staats, Founder and CEO
and Dan Burcaw VP/CTO of Terra Soft Solutions, Inc. will continue to reside
on the Terra Soft year 2000 Board of Directors.
