Subject: Anonymous CVS

Anonymous CVS doesn't seem to be working... I export the CVSROOT
enviromental variable, but when I do a `cvs login` it hangs right after I
enter anonymous for the password.

I don't think this is a problem with my computer, since I was just able to
download mozilla, enlightenment, glx, and Mesa via cvs...
It just printed out this while I was writing this message:

Connection timed out
