Hi,
I'm experimentikng with using YDL on my old PPC Macs - the ones for
which MacOS is not an option.
I have installed YDL 1.2.1 on 7500 with AppleVision monitor and it's
fine but when I try to start up X I get: intersting patterns on the
screen followed by
(--) FBDev: Using cfb16 driver
sh: /lib/cpp: No such file or drirectory
X Error: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib length
error) 16
Major opcode: 72
X Error: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib length
error) 16
Major opcode: 72
kpanel: waiting for windowmanager
kwm: X_PutImage(0x0): BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib
length error)
kwm: failure during initialisation; aborting
waiting for X server to shut down Caught signal 11.
and then a request to send the core dump to XFree.
Has anyone seen this before and should I do as requested and forward the
core dump to XFree [not easy as 7500 is not on internet yet]
Thanks.
