Currently no. If you have YDL on a SCSI disk, you can use a utility
called LinuxDisks to access the drive. However, heed this warning:
You can copy things from the YDL disk to the Mac disk, but only write
very small items to the YDL disk from the Mac disk.

LinuxDisks can be obtained by searching the MkLinux.org website.
