I posted it as an RFC on lkml on Monday (its archived at
http://www.uwsg.indiana.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0107.2/0186.html). I'll
submit it to Linus or maybe Alan after a week or so assuming I here nothing
bad. Why don't you check it out (esp. considering I'm no kernel expert)?
