We have a lot of legacy VAX/VMS fortran code that we're attempting to
port to the Mac/Linux platform. Currently we're evaluating Absoft Fortran
as a possible compiler. Does anyone know of other compilers for PPC/Linux
that can compile Fortran with the VAX/VMS extensions (alignment issues,
POINTER statement, Format statement with variable precision, etc).
We're working with Absoft to resolve some issues with the Absoft Pro
Fortran 7.0 right now.
