i've never set up masq'ing, but i don't see why it matters. you get an ip
address assigned to you from work that is in the 172.16.xxx.xxx range,
correct? it just gets assigned to the dialup interface and after you set up
the default routes, it should work. unless i'm missing something about
masq'ing that makes a difference.
