Mike,

I used minicom first to see what was comming through when i first connected.
I was hoping to see Login: and Password: But instead i saw a bunch of ascii
characters come through. Looked like the same set of characters twice in a
row then i get no carrier. I also tried to dial up my old ISP using
minicom. The login: and Password both came up and i logged in with no
problem.

The dial in server at my place of work is a Perl 883? Was going to check on
its configuration today but ran out of time.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
