Hi all,

What are the advantages of going from YDL 1.2.1 to 2.0? Sure, there are all new versions, but what do they do for me? Are they making things faster? I suppose installing 2.0 as an upgrade from 1.2.1 is not such a good idea, a fresh installation is the way to go. This means a lot of extra work (backing up/restoring). I believe kernel 2.4.x is a little faster than 2.2.x (I have seen it boot a lot faster).

Also, is the journaling file system (XFS ??) included with YDL 2.0?
