 Sorry if ths is obvious but this looks like a windoze or DOS executable.
What package are you installing? You cannot install packages for Intel
Linux (or other platform *nix's) unless you re-compile them. This means
that Intel RPMs are not compatible with PPC linux.

 Find the source code for the package and re-compile.
