mmhm, it seems on maconlinux.com, there is a good explaination of it ;)
but, the very very simple way to use MOL, is
download the last ppc.rpm file (on maconlinux.com of course)
an after installed it, before launch it, try to modify the /etc/molrc
following your set hopes.
and in a terminal type startmol, or startmol -d (with debug)
