Yes, currently MOL assumes the keycodes corresponds to the
ADB-keycodes. This is something which should be fixed.

Currently, no. However, it wouldn't be that hard to add support for
multiple MOL-sessions.

renice should suffice. Btw. I'm considering adding an option to reduce
the cpu time consumption if there hasn't been any user input for some
time (useful if dozing does not kick in due to a badly written
MacOS-program or something).
