Subject: Virtual PC on MOL

Hi all,
This is a little old:
I was trying to run VPC in MacOS via MOL and it kept crashing at
start-up with an error #-50. So for kicks I emailed Support at Connectix
and, surprise, they wrote back that they had just recently been able to
duplicate the problem and are working on a fix. Sounds like a pretty
good gang, if it's true; perhaps that's why I buy their products...
In the meantime, they suggested deleting all VPC files (including
"prefs/VPC prefs" and the "prefs/VPC(print)spooler" folder in the System
Folder, zap the Pram and rebuild the Desktop file. Then re-install VPC.
I honestly don't recall if this was to have been done whilst in MOL.
Unlikely, since MOL can't access a CD or floppy, right? Or is my setup
in some sort of difficulty?
