it's not caused specifically by this Audio Patch but the samething would
happend
if you download the official sources , anyhow the bestway to solve the
problem
would be to learn how to recompile the kernel (and make sure there's no
leftovers
from 2.2.6 or similar cause it will most likely cause a fatal crash)
