Subject: Bugfixes - 0.9.52

Unfortunately, a few bugs got into 0.9.51. I'll upload 0.9.52 within
an hour. The following fixes are included.
- Ethernet works again. It did not work on 2.2 in 0.9.51 since MOL
got an error from an ioctl only present in 2.4.
- The video configurator no longer drops modes not supporting millions
of colors.
