Thank you for the new release. I have just tried mol-0.9.53 and
noticed the script, "molpatching" failed.
I think the following line in the script:
else if [ "$MOL_LIB_DIR" != "" ] ; then
should be
elif [ "$MOL_LIB_DIR" != "" ] ; then
