Subject: MOL networking broken on recent kernels?

Howdy -
Scanning the list has lead me to confirm what I've discovered on my own;
that 2.4.0 doesn't work with MOL networking. I've tried to set this up
using methods that worked in the past, but to no avail. Has anyone else
succeeded where I have failed?
In a related note, it appears the existing docs on setting this stuff up
are out of date with respect to 2.2.18 as well. In the past, I've always
configured tap0 in molrc, but 2.2.18 doesn't even have an option to use
ethertap. Any thoughts there as well?
